丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸/N-烷基丙烯酰胺共聚物在三元复合驱体系中的特性研究

摘    要:讨论了由丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸/N-烷基丙烯酰胺共聚物(AANA)、烷基苯磺酸钠和NaOH组成的三元复合体系(ASP体系)中,聚合物、表面活性剂和碱之间的相互作用。AANA由于引入了疏水性碳链,在水溶液中可以形成分子间的疏水缔合作用,使其耐碱能力相对于部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)有显提高。同时,AANA分子上的碳链可以与烷基苯磺酸钠的碳链相互作用,在不影响ASP体系的油水界面张力前提下,提高了ASP体系的长期稳定性。与HPAM相比较,AANA可以显降低ASP体系的色谱分离程度。

Abstract:The interaction among polymer, surfactant and alkali in ASP compound system was discussed, where the ASP compound system consisted of AANA copolymer( acrylamide/2 - acrylamido - 2 - methyl propane sulfonic acid/ N - alkyl acrylamide) , sodium hydroxide, and sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate. Due to the introduction of hydrophobic carbon chain to AANA, there was hydrophobically associative action in the inter - molecular of AANA. Comparing with partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) , the alkali resistance of AANA was improved greatly. At the same time, owing to the interaction between the carbon chains of AANA and alkyl benzene sulfonate, the long term thermal stability of the ASP compound system was improved under the precondition of not influencing the interfacial tension of oil/water. The degree of chromatographic separation was reduced remarkably.
