| 摘 要： | 作为环境试验设备的(美国)振动台DMA-5B功率放大器,其正常工作是保证检验产品质量的前提和基础.为此,对该功率放大器的功率模块、开关板线路滤波器、逻辑模块及其调制器线路、联锁/保护线路等的结构、故障现象及常规维修等给予了总结.并就经常出现的加电故障及其检测结果进行了分析,提出了用直接连接替换插头插座的改进方案,此维修方案取得了预期的效果.

| Abstract: | DMA-5B amplifies of power is used as equipment of environment test, its normal operation is the premise and base for examining quality of products. The power module, filter for switch circuit, logic module, circuit of modulator and circuit of interlock/safeguard of DMA-5B amplifies of power, and fault diagnosis and maintenance are summarized. The electrical source fault and testing result is analyzed, the improving method for replacing plug or socket directly is presented, and then, preferable maintaining result is obtained. |
