| Abstract: | Dr Quah Lee Kiang of the School of Building and Estate Management at the National University of Singapore, presents the results of a survey to investigate a large body of UK contractors' claims that they were subjected to higher risks in refurbishment work; this higher risk exposure being reflected in the greater variability in tender bids for such work. |
