| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了低压立式水冷甲醇合成塔开车及初步运行情况。实际运行结果表明，该甲醇合成塔壳体与内件设计为分体诘构，催化剂装御方便，具有操作简单、移热能力强、床层温度分布均匀、反应热利用率高、塔阻力小、运行稳定等特点。

| Abstract: | A brief account is given of the start-up and preliminary operation results of a low-pressure vertical water-cooled methanol reactor. Its actual operation results indicate that the shell and internals of the reactor are of separate structure, the loading and unloading of the catalyst are convenient, and it has the characteristics of simple operation, high ability of heat removal, uniform distribution of temperature in the bed, high utilization of reaction heat, low resistance in the reactor, and steady oper- ation. |
