摘    要:探讨了内电解-催化氧化法处理糖蜜废液的作用机理,在内电解的基础上,通过加载Cu(NO32)、Fe(NO32)等盐类于活性炭中并通过灼烧制得催化剂,添加氧化剂H2O2作启动剂和增强内电解电场的作用,由此引发强化废液中有机物发生物理-化学反应,形成具有强氧化性的自由基,从而加速了废液有机物的氧化,提高内电解反应器的处理效率。

Abstract:The mechanism of internal electrolysis-catalytic oxidation method used in the treatment of molasses alcohol waste was discussed.On the base of internal electrolysis,the catalysts were produced by the addition of Cu(NO3)2 and Fe(NO3)2 in activated carbon and calcinations,H2O2 oxidizer was added as starter,and the internal electric field was intensified,by which the physicochemical reaction of organic components in wastewater was induced and intensified to produce free radical possessing strong oxidation.Thereby,the oxidation of organic compounds was accelerated,and the efficiency of internal electrolysis reactor was increased.
