钢珠和玻璃珠模拟粗粒土的三轴试验研究

摘    要:采用钢珠和玻璃珠等颗粒材料模拟研究粗粒土力学性质具有较强可行性。对颗粒材料开展了常规三轴试验,探讨了围压、粒径、孔隙比等因素对粗粒土强度和变形特性的影响。研究表明:通过橡皮膜校正,颗粒材料的莫尔-库仑强度包线为过原点的直线;颗粒材料峰值强度随围压增大线性增加,轴向应变与围压存在二次函数关系;随颗粒粒径增加,峰值强度和内摩擦角均表现出增加趋势;分析稳态下的孔隙比与稳态强度的关系可得出相应的稳态内摩擦角。相关研究结论为进一步运用不同形状颗粒材料研究粗粒土奠定了基础。

Triaxial test on simulated coarse-grained soil of steel balls and glass balls
Abstract:It is feasible to study the geomechanical characteristics of coarse-grained soil by granular materials such as steel balls and glass balls. The effect of confining pressure, grain diameter and void ratio factors on strength and deformation of coarse-grained soil is investigated through traditional triaxial test of granular materials. The result indicated that:through rubber mem-brane correction, the Mohr-Coulomb strength envelope of granular materials is a straight line passing through the origin point. The peak strength of granular materials has a positive linear growth with the confining pressure,while the axial strain increases in second linear fitting relationship. The internal friction angle and the peak strength increase with grain diameter. The relationship between steady state porosity ratio and the steady state strength was analyzed, and the steady state friction angle is obtained. The results have laid a solid foundation for further study of coarse grained soil mechanics by different shapes of granular material and numerical simulation methods.
