外撑内拉支撑体系在Y型墩施工中的应用研究

摘    要:在水流湍急、地质较差的条件下进行桥梁工程施工时,为缩短Y型墩施工工期、尽量减少对环境的破坏,需对传统支撑体系进行改进与创新。提出了一套劲性骨架与外撑内拉支撑体系相结合的施工方法,并结合其工艺原理及施工过程采用有限元方法对其进行了数值模拟验证,得到了拉杆张拉力及伸长量与施工阶段的对应关系,同时对Y型墩施工过程中的线形与裂缝控制关键技术进行了总结。工程实践表明,该支撑体系具有施工操作简单、施工速度快、整体结构刚度大、适用性强等特点,可为今后类似工程施工提供借鉴。

Application of support system with external bracing and interior pull in Y-shaped pier construction
Abstract:In order to shorten the construction period of Y-shaped bridge pier and minimize the damage to the environment under conditions of fast flow and poor geology, the traditional engineering support system should be improved and innovated. A construction method that combines the stiffness skeleton and support system with external bracing and interior pull is put forward. Then FEM model was used to simulate the construction processes in combination with its technological principle. The correspond-ing relationship between tension force, elongation amplitude of tie rod with the construction stage was obtained. Meanwhile, the key control technology of alignment and crack prevention in the construction of Y-shaped pier was summarized. The engineering practices show that this support system is characterized as simple operation, fast construction, large structural rigidity and strong applicability, which can provide experiences for similar bridges engineering construction.
