长江流域水生态文明城市建设实践与思考

水生态文明建设是当前水利工作的重中之重,亦是从源头上扭转水资源短缺、水污染严重、水生态恶化趋势的根本性举措。针对长江流域32个全国水生态文明城市建设试点,介绍了长江流域水生态文明城市建设试点的布局情况、建设内容和具体举措,剖析了试点过程中存在的问题以及产生问题的原因,并提出了推进水生态文明城市建设的建议,以期为流域水生态文明建设提供参考和指导。

Practice and reflection of water ecological civilization construction in Yangtze Basin

Abst ar tc: The construction of water ecological civilization is the top task of current water conservancy engineering, which is al -so the solution for the problems such as water shortage , water pollution and water ecological deterioration .Based on the practices of 32 pilot cities of water ecological civilization construction in Yangtze River Basin , the distribution of the pilot cities, construc -tion content and adopted measures are introduced , and the existing problems and causes during the development of water ecologi-cal civilization are analyzed , so the suggestions to improve and promote the water ecological civilization construction is put for -ward, so as to provide the reference and guidance for water ecological civilization construction in Yangtze River Basin .
