摘    要:总结了国家 863-820-09-01海洋大位移钻井技术专题,继 QK17-2油田钻成 4 口大位移水平井以后,在QHD32-6油田又成功地钻成2口水平井,其中,A26H井水平位移2997m,A25H井水平位移1942m。该项目成功地应用了国家 863课题所研究的 6项关键技术,即扭矩摩阻软件的设计和预测技术、水基钻井液钻井技术、可变径稳定器钻井技术、环空压力检测技术、井壁稳定及井眼净化预测技术。同时,还应用了国外先进的大位移井技术:MWD随钻测量技术、LWD随钻测井技术、GST地质导向钻井技术及漂浮接箍下套管技术。在水平井钻井技术经验基础上,指出了今后使用大位移井技术开发油田需要注意的问题,并对今后的技术改进和发展提出了意见和看法。

Abstract:Following the four extended reach horizontal wells in QK17-2 oilfield of Bohai,another two horizontal wells are successfully drilled in QHD32-6 oilfield, in which the horizontal displacement of Well A26H is 2997m, and 1942m of Well A25H. Six key technologies listed in the national subject of 863 are applied, i. e., torque and friction software designing and prediction,water based drilling fluid technology,diemeter variable stabilizers, hole stabilization and well cleaning prediction. At the same time, advanced horizontal drilling technologies of abroad are also adopted, e. g., MWD and LWD technology, GST drilling technology, and floating collar casing running, etc.Some potential prob- lems in extended reach developing are pointed out, and some suggestions and recommendations are also presented.
