| 摘 要： | 在各种不同的工期索赔中，承包商基于业主干扰造成自身施工效率降低的原因而提出的工期索赔计算，是工期索赔的一个重点及难点问题，本文利用微观经济学中熟练曲线的原理，提出了解决此类工期索赔的思路与方法。

| Abstract: | In various kinds of the claims for extension of time, to exactly calculate the time of the delay due to productivity slowdown caused by owners disturbance is the most important as well as complicated matter. The main purpose of this paper is to resolve this kind of problem by the theory of learning curve.These will have theoretical and practical instruction for claimant management to a constructor . |
