精吡氟禾草灵含量及对映体的色谱分析

摘    要:采用气相色谱法,使用OV–171m×3mm(id)色谱柱,在柱温190℃时测定精吡氟禾草灵含量;同时采用液相色谱法,使用NUCHI手性色谱柱,以甲醇为流动相,在200nm波长条件下对其对映体进行了定量分析。试验证明:精吡氟禾草灵在5.2~15.1mg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,该方法的变异系数为0.27%,平均回收率为99.4%。

Abstract:The gas chromatography method was applied to the determination of content of floazifop-p- butyl. A OV– 17 1 m×3 mm (id) chromatography column was used and the column temperature was 190℃. The HPLC method was applied to quantitative analysis of its enantiomer ,under the conditions as follows: a NUCHI column, pure methanol as the mobile phase, and the wavelengh detection at the 200 nm. The experiments indicated that the concentration of floazifop-p-butyl was linear with the peak area in the range of 5.2 to 15.1 mg/mL, r = 0.999 9. The coefficient of variation was 0.27% and the recovery was 99.4%.
