新行标《城镇道路路面设计规范》编制的思路

为适应城镇道路建设发展的需要,编制了行业标准CJJ169—2012《城镇道路路面设计规范》。介绍了规范中主要条文内容与编制思路,包括了强制性条文与节能减排条文的规定、可靠度设计、沥青路面结构设计指标体系的完善、材料性能要求的提高及透水人行道的设计等方面内容,填补了目前城镇道路路面设计领域的技术标准空白;同时开发了路面结构设计专用软件。

On the Thinking about Compilation of the Updated Industrial Standard: Code for Pavement Design of Urban Road

To meet with the requirements of urban road construction development,the industrial standard: CJJ 169—2012 Code for Pavement Design of Urban Road is compiled.The l main clause contents and compilation thoughts of the code are introduced in this paper including compulsory provisions,energy conservation & emission reduction clauses,reliability design,completing asphalt pavement structure design index system,improving material function requirements and permeable pedestrian lane design,etc.This compilation has improved the technology standards of the current urban road pavement design field and has developed the special software for pavement structure design.
