摘    要:大型汽包锅炉影响汽温因素复杂,调节和控制不当不但将会导致超温或低温的汽温异常,还可能导致超负荷等异常.本文对某厂国产600 MW机组一起磨煤机正常切换工作导致机组超负荷的异常事件进行详尽分析,进而对大型汽包锅炉的汽温影响因素和汽温控制策略提出探讨,为大型汽包锅炉的汽温调节提供参考.

Abstract:Large drum boiler steam temperature have complex influence factors, improper control and regulation will not only lead to over temperature or low temperature steam temperature anomalies, but also may lead to overload and other abnormalities. This paper labor a domestic - made 600MW unit overload anomalies caused by switching operation of coal mill, and thus analysed the boiler steam temperature influencing factors and control regulation for large drum boiler, therefore providing refer- ence.
