摘    要:以带钢酸洗废液为原料,利用超声波技术生产超细磁性颗粒进行了研究。试验过程中着重对料液配比、体系pH值、温度、超声波等因素的影响进行了比较,得到了合适的操作参数。利用XRD和SEM技术对产品进行了物相分析及形貌观测,表明所得到的产品颗粒细小,尺寸分布均一,外观呈球状。

Abstract:Waste strip pickling liquor was used as raw material to produce ultra-fine magnetic particles. Such factors as feed solution concentration, pH, temperature, ultrasonic were studied, and suitable operational parameters were obtained. Phase and morphological analysis were carried out with XRD and SEM, the results indicated that the fine particles obtained are globular and of uniform size.
