| 摘 要： | 取消配额后,我国纺织品服装出口不仅要应对原进口设限国的新贸易保护措施,而且面临着与其它纺织品服装出口大国的贸易竞争.文章一方面通过净出口指数、劳动力成本、出口依赖程度以及出口产品相似率分析了来自我国周边国家的竞争压力,另一方面分析了来自区域集团内或与区域集团签订贸易优惠协定国家的挑战,指出取消配额对我国纺织品服装出口不是一个简单的利好,未来的贸易形式充满变数,只有将我国纺织品行业的比较优势真正转化为出口竞争优势,才能积极应对配额取消后的"摩擦"和"竞争".

| Abstract: | According to "Agreement on Textiles and Clothing"(ATC),on January 1st,2005,the members of WTO started to cancel the all fabrics quota.It symbolizes the return of textile and clothing trade which drifts away the GATT/WTO system for a long time.After quota cancellation,as the great nation in textile and clothing production and trade,the competition that our country faces mainly comes from two aspects.One is from developing nations in East Asian such as India,Indonesia,Pakistan and so on.Another is the nations belong to region groups or sign the bilateral agreement with them,such as Mexico which belong to NAFTA,some countries along Mediterranean Sea and the developing nations in ASEAN. |
