| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入以及市场对人才规格需求的变化,高职院校师资队伍的现状与高职教育实践性、职业性和开放性的内在要求矛盾显得益发突出。分析、探索并解决高职院校师资队伍建设中存在的问题,有利于高职教育健康、持续和稳定发展。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of China＇s reform of the political and economic system and the changes of the standard of training needed by the market,the present situation of construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges and the contradictions of practical,professional and opening inherent requirement become more and more apparent.The paper analyzes and explores and attempts to solve problems in the construction of teaching staff to make vocational education develop more healthily,sustainably and stably. |
