基于储能变流器的微电网稳定控制策略

摘    要:微电网是一种将分布式电源、储能装置、变流器、负荷以及监控保护装置有机整合在一起的小型发、配、用电系统。微电网运行方式复杂,为维持微电网电压和频率的稳定,提出一种基于储能变流器的下垂控制与恒频恒压(V f)控制相结合的微电网稳定控制策略。微电网并网运行时,储能变流器采用下垂控制;微电网离网运行时,若电压和频率在设定的范围内,储能变流器仍然采用下垂控制,若超出设定范围,储能变流器采用V f控制。仿真结果表明,提出的控制策略在微电网并网运行、离网运行、以及并/离网切换过程中均能维持微电网电压和频率的稳定。

Abstract:Microgrid system is a small power system made up of distributed generations, energy storage devices, converters, loads and monitoring and protecting devices.According to the diversity of distributed generation and the complexity of microgrid system operation mode,a stability control strategy combining droop control and V-f control for microgrid system based on converter of energy storage devices is presented.When microgrid system is in grid connected mode, droop control is used for converter of energy storage devices.When microgrid system is in islanded mode, if voltage and frequency are beyond the variation range of stability control strategy, V-f control is used for converter of energy storage devices to ensure the voltage and frequency stability of microgrid.Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the stability control strategy for grid connected mode, islanded mode and the transfer process between the two modes.
