摘    要:TK238井钻井施工中存在一系列技术难点,为此采用了Powerdrive旋转地质导向钻井技术。简要介绍了Powerdrive旋转地质导向钻井系统的组成及性能,详细介绍了TK238井的钻井设计和现场施工情况。该井油气层钻遇率达92%,日产原油204.74t,这说明采用Powerdrive旋转地质导向钻井系统,提高了油气层钻遏率,使井眼轨迹位于油层中有利于产油的最佳位置。该井的成功也为以后塔河油田薄油层钻井施工积累了宝贵经验。

Abstract:Many technical challenges arise while drilling TK238 Well, regarding such scenario, the rotary geological steering technique via Powerdrive is employed. This paper outlines components and performances of such steering system, articulates the well program and field operations of TK238 Well. Hydrocarbon zones drilled are up to 92% , and day yields of crude oil are up to 204. 74t/d. It is indicated that employing Powerdrive steering system is help to find hydrocarbon zones and control well trajectory at the optimum position to oil production. The successful application accumulated valuable experiences for drilling thin oil zones in the Tahe Oilfield.
