| Abstract: | A hybrid - integrated new photo - electronic device of miniaturized high resolution LED display matrix, which is suitable for the miniaturization, intelligentization and informationization of weapon equipment, is presented as including the principles and realization of its design as well as the hybrid integration process for high resolution in both vertical and horizontal directions. |
