摘    要:研究了细旦涤纶仿真丝绸的前处理和后整理对织物透气性的影响,实验证明织物经碱减量前处理后透气性提高,但随之断裂强力也下降,在保证一定强力的前提下选择碱减量工艺。织物经碱减量后再经壳聚糖整理,织物的透气性进一步提高。

Abstract:The article investigates the effects of pretreatment and finishing on the breathability of silk-like fine denierpolyester fabric. The experiments have proved that alkali deweighting pretreatment can significantly improve thebreathability of the fabric but at the same time decrease the breaking strength. Therefore, alkali deweightingprocess should be selected unter the precondition that the acceptable breaking strength of the fabric is retained.Further improvement of breathability of the fabric can be obtainable when chitosan treatment follows dewightingprocess.
