| 摘 要： | 建筑结构的裂缝问题是一个具有普遍性的技术问题，在众多原因中，施工质量差、砼强度等级低是产生裂缝的常见原因。本文介绍了某建筑物梁开裂的状况、检测情况、原因分析和处理情况，并进一步提出了加强工程质量监督的建议。

| Abstract: | The cracking of concrete structures is the biggest problem to affect the quality of the structures now in China. In this paper, the cracking state, the inspection of cracks, the reasorns of cracking and the rehabilitation method of the cracks for the beams of a building are intruduced and analysed. The suggestions to control the quality of the engineering are proposed. |
