摘    要:介绍了一种合成有机硅压敏胶粘剂的方法,分析了原料配比、加料速度、固化时间、固化温度、反应介质等因素对有机硅压敏胶的影响,测定了有机硅压敏胶的初粘性、180°剥离强度和持粘等性能,通过优化配方,最终成功制备了具有良好的耐高、低温性能的有机硅压敏胶。

Abstract:The title adhesives comprise a silicone resin (MQ resin) , asilicone rubber, and organictin catalyst and an organic solvent. Some factors such as raw material ratio, feed rate, curing time, curing temperature and reaction medium, etc. are also discussed. Finally,the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive which has good ball tack, peel strength and holding time at elevated and low temperature are prepared successfully.
