| 摘 要： | 通过高速纺工艺对油剂要求的分析,介绍了江苏清江石油化工厂试制成功的QDH-1型高速纺油剂的组成、主要技术规格和应用情况。QDH-1油剂的抗静电效果好,油膜强度与耐热性等各项性能,既能满足高速卷绕工序又能满足高速拉伸变形工序的要求。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of requirements on the finisnes for high speed spinning technology, an introduction of QDH-1 type finish which is successfully trail-produced by Qingjiang Petrochemical Works has been made it covers the composition, main technical specifications and the application conditions. The newly developed finish has excellent antistatic effect, good oil menbrane strenth and heat stability can fulfil not only the requirements of high speed spinning but also the high spe-ed draw-texturing process. |
