国标中4-氨基安替比林萃取法测定水中挥发酚的改进

摘    要:国标中规定用4-氨基安替比林萃取法测定水体中挥发酚,是因为该方法灵敏度、精确度等非常高,但是其具体操作过程较为烦琐。根据实际操作经验,文章主要对该法提出了一些改进,主要包括:4-氨基安替比林的提纯处理的优化,萃取、分离过程的改进;另外利用改进后的方法针对标准样品进行了测试试验,验证了改进方法的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract:The chemical analytic methods to determine the volatile phenols in water are diverse, of them the 4-anino-antipyrine method is better, for its sensitivity, distinctness and accuracy is high. But if it is not mastered well, it also leads to big error. According to the practice of this method using in determining the volatile phenols in water, some improvements of the national standard method are posed, that is the improvement of the process of the extraction and the separation, the optimization of the 4-anino-antipyrine refining treatment. By the blank experiment, the standard comparison and the test of the standard sample, some better results are gained.
