基于传递矩阵法的多支撑转子负荷灵敏度计算

摘    要:应用传递矩阵法与力法给出了一种简便实用的标高灵敏度矩阵与负荷灵敏度矩阵的计算方法。分析了任意轴承负荷变化对多支撑转子各轴承负荷的影响,结果表明多支撑转子系统轴承负荷分布与各轴承的标高密切相关。应根据负荷灵敏度矩阵通过综合调整各轴承处的标高达到负荷在各轴承间合理分布的目的。

Abstract:A new method to get elevation sensitivity matrix and load sensitivity matrix is presented. The transfer matrix and force methods are used. The influence ofvariation of arbitrary bearing load on the multi-support rotor bearing loads is analyzed. The results show that the distribution of multi-support rotor beating loads has a close relation with the elevation of bearings. The reasonable distribution of multi-support rotor bearing loads can be achieved by adjusting the elevation of all bearings based on the load sensitivity matrix.
