| 摘 要： | 2008版《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》已于2008年12月1日开始实施,新规范更加完善了清单计价制度,风险分担更加合理,同时也对建设单位进行投资控制提出了新的要求。本文分析了在新清单计价规范下建设单位投资控制所面临的风险,并提出了相应的对策,为建设单位更好地进行投资控制提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | The Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works (2008 edition)has been put into practice on December 2008. New code perfects the system of bill quantity and the risk share is more reasonable. However, managers who are in charge of investment control should acclimatize themselves to the new code. This paper analyses risks of investment control that investors may meet, and brings forward some countermeasures to deal with those risks, which will help investors control investment effectively. |
