基于非线性理论的碰摩转子动力学特性研究

摘    要:以大型汽机转子的碰摩故障为研究对象,建立了单盘转子动力学模型。应用数值方法计算转速、偏心量、阻尼系数、摩擦系数和定子刚度等参数对碰摩转子系统的影响。利用分岔图、波形图、轴心轨迹图和poincare截面图等工具分析了系统在碰摩后的非线性响应,得到了系统在进入和离开混沌、拟周期的道路及对应的参数范围。

Abstract:Rubbing fault of rotor system in large-scaled turbo-generator machinery is researched and a dynamic model of rubbing rotor is presented in this thesis.Combining with motion waveform,orbit,poincare's map and bifurcation diagram,the nonlinear response of the rotor is observed ender various parameters,such as rotating speed, imbalance,damping coefficient,stiffness of stator,rubbing coefficient.The way into and apart from chaos and period adding bifurcation,the corresponding parameter scale is concluded.
