求职过程内生交易费用产生博弈分析

摘    要:该文借助新兴古典经济学内生交易费用产生的有关思想原理以及博弈论的讨价还价模型,分别就求职过程中求职者和雇主之间存在着不完全信息的两种情况:雇主对求职者存在着不完全信息和求职者对雇主存在着不完全信息建立相应的议价博弈模型,着重就各个模型产生内生交易费用的机理进行了分析,最后得出了双方信息不对称将会产生内生交易费用的结论。

Abstract:Based on the theory of the endogenous transaction costs of New Classical Economics and the bargaining model of game theory,the models of the incomplete information between the job hunter and the employer are made in which the job hunter gives incomplete information to the employer and the employer gives incomplete information to the job hunter as well.After making the two bargaining models,the mechanism of how the endogenous transaction costs occurs during the course of applying for a job is analyzed.Finally,it is concluded that the incomplete information will produce endogenous transaction costs.
