| 摘 要： | 介绍了摩托车上常用的膨胀螺母的注射模具结构及动作过程,分析了该产品的结构工艺,提出了模具设计思路,重在解决模具的可靠性和零件的易加工性.不同的部位采用不同的处理,内凹强制脱模,外凹采用侧抽芯结构,突出了模具的结构特点,并在试模中证实了该模具已达到设计要求.
