| 摘 要： | 文章针对冶炼区现场设备多,分布广,环境复杂,当设备发生故障时,维护人员不能快速地做出分析判断,直接影响了冶炼生产,我们采用了AB PLC和智能MCC控制系统,与原西门子S7-400 PLC控制系统之间的通讯,实现了设备智能化控制和监视,提高了设备维修效率,满足了生产运行节奏。

| Abstract: | In the smelting area,there is a lot of equipment and they are with wide distribution so that the environment is complicated.When there are some faults with the equipment,the maintainers cannot analyze and judge fast so that the smelting productions are directly influenced.After the AB PLC and intelligent MCC are adopted,the communications with the former control system Siemens S7-400 PLC make the intelligent control and monitoring of equipment realized so that the maintenance efficiency is improved,which could satisfy the rhythm of productions and operations. |
