| 摘 要： | 从新农村建设的实践误区中反思,坚持以"生产发展、生活富裕、生态文明"为目标,以存在的问题为导向,并从"自上而下"与"自下而上"等多方面需求为切入点,指出当前新农村建设亟须视角转换,并建构了基于"价值观——技术——机制"逻辑的村庄规划技术策略与规划过程新方向。

| Abstract: | By reflecting on the mistakes made in the new countryside construction performance,this paper takes production developed,life prosperous,ecological civilized as an objective which is based on the existing problem.Furthermore,it points out that the on-going new countryside construction needs to switch its viewing angles by considering the multiple needs of different groups in top-down or bottom-up ways.Finally,it constructs a model based on the logic of value-technology-mechanism to express the new direction... |
