絮凝气浮法处理高浓度焦化废水的试验研究

摘    要:报道了采用小型新型 CAF气浮机加药絮凝气浮处理焦化废水的实验结果 .研究表明采用组合絮凝剂 ( PASS+PAM) ,在气浮时间为 3 min,气浮分离时间为 1 8min时 ,焦化废水经气浮处理后 CODcr从 680 0 mg/L下降为 1 83 0 .4mg/L,CODcr去除率达到 5 6.5 % ,色度从 40 0下降为 1 0 0 ,废水中油含量从 6893 mg/L下降为 1 3 .78mg/L,除油率高达 99.8% .焦化废水絮凝气浮后 ,除去了大部分难降解高分子有机物和绝大部分油 ,为下一步处理创造了良好的条件

Abstract:The experimental results have been reported in this paper about which the flotation of coking plant wastewater was carried out with a new type of laboratory CAF flotation cell after flotation reagents are added. In the conditions of 3 min. of flotation and 18 min. of flotation separation, with the PASS and PAM as combined flocculants, COD cr, oil and color degree of the wastewater are decreased from 6800mg/L to 1830.4mg/L, 6893mg/L to 13.78mg/L and 400 to 100 respectively, that is the removal efficiency of the COD cr, oil and color degree are 56.5% and 99.8% respectively. Most of the oil and hard-to-degrade large-molecule organic materials in coking plant wastewater were removed after flocculation-flotation, which supplied a good condition for its further purification.
