摘 要: | 提出基于ST72324的电动堆垛车驱动控制系统.采用开关频率比较高的MOSFET作为直流斩波开关元件,并利用硬件保护模块防止误动作,有效保证驱动控制系统的可靠性;同时结合软件保护功能,提高蓄电池利用效率,延长使用寿命,保障驱动控制系统安全.利用ST72324片上外设SCI、SPI实现与手持单元通讯和故障存储,便于用户操控和维护.详细介绍了硬件电路和软件的设计,并测试了该驱动控制系统的有效性和可靠性.

Abstract: | This paper put forward a novel design of Electric Forklift Control System based on ST72324 as the MCU.
