| 摘 要： | 阐述了电子商务法律新问题,包括网络诽谤、网络恶搞、数据挖掘、网络博客、P2P下载技术、网络钓鱼、网络赌博、恶意软件、虚假新闻、短信谣言等法律新问题。对每个问题的定义、内涵、特点、危害及立法都进行了简要的分析和讨论。
