住区老年人户外活动空间研究

当前我国住宅建设已进入一个追求质量、讲究品质的人居环境新时代,人口老龄化社会的到来,为建设的发展注入了更多的内容与要求。文章分析老年人的生理、心理需求以及行为活动特征,将老年人的户外活动空间归纳为公共、半公共、半私密、私密四个空间层次,从而为进一步改善和提高住区环境提供一定的设计思路和参考建议。

A Research into Outdoor Activity Space of Senior Citizens in the Residential Quarter

Currently the domestic residential construction has entered a new era of living environment which emphasizes the taste and quality of residence. With the coming of the aging society, more contents and requests are being required for the development of the construction. The author analyzes the physiological and psychological demands from senior citizens and their characteristics of activities, subdividing their outdoor activity space into four space levels of public, semi-public, intimate and semi-intimate, which provides some thoughts on design and suggestions for reference for the purpose of further improvement of the environment of residential quarters.
