影响碾压混凝土含气量的试验研究

摘    要:通过掺入引气剂可以提高混凝土的耐久性,碾压混凝土由于拌和物较干以及掺用大量的粉煤灰,在混凝土内引入一定量的气泡比较困难。为此,针对龙滩工程引气难的问题,对影响碾压混凝土含气量的因素进行了试验研究:粉煤灰品种、引气剂品种对碾压混凝土含气量的影响,搅拌时间、含气量试验振动时间、投料次序和石粉含量对碾压混凝土含气量的影响;并在试验基础上提出了提高龙滩工程碾压混凝土含气量的技术措施。

Abstract:Concrete durability can be improved by incorporating air-entraining agent,but there are some difficulties in producing a suitable air content in RCC because of its dry consistency and high volume of fly ash incorporation.In this paper,some tests on how to improve the air content in RCC were carried out,and methods were proposed to solve this problem based on test results.
