火电厂湿法烟气脱硫取消旁路烟道可行性分析与探讨

摘    要:为进一步控制火力发电厂SO2的排放,研究湿法烟气脱硫取消旁路烟道的可行性非常必要,但取消旁路烟道会产生相应一系列问题。从湿法烟气脱硫系统的设计、施工、调试、运行以及检修等方面重点就取消旁路烟道的可行性进行了分析,包括取消旁路烟道对脱硫系统的设计、设备选型、材料选择、运行控制、污染物排放的影响,对基建投资和运行费用的影响以及需要采取的改进措施等,提出个人看法供参考。

Abstract:In order to further control the emission of SO2, it is necessary to research the feasibility of canceling bypass gas duct in Wet FGD, which leads to a series of practical problems. Based on the design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the Wet FGD, the feasibility to cancel bypass gas duct was focused. The effects on the following aspects were discussed, such as the FGD system design, equipment type selection, operation control, pollutants emission, construction investment and operation cost etc. In addition, the countmeasures required were proposed as reference.
