| 摘 要： | 针对方圆异型接头三维软件建模精度不高、现有建模方法建模过程较复杂、不易参数化编程实现等问题,运用解析几何方法,提出了通用方圆异型接头精确建模的坐标算法.该算法结合放样方法给出了实现通用方圆异型接头钣金件精确建模的步骤;对通用方圆异型接头的展开图绘制中的板厚处理进行了阐述,并详细说明了展开算法及过程.实例运行结果表明,文中算法运算速度快、通用性强,可用于多种方圆异型接头的建模与展开过程;所建模型精确可靠,实现了展开图的自动准确绘制.
