| 摘 要： | 为达到以三维工序模型作为机加工艺信息载体的目的,研究了三维机加工序模型的辅助生成方法。分析了工序模型生成的Petri网模型,划分了三维工序模型生成的阶段过程。面向机加工艺知识建立了工艺本体,面向三维建模知识建立了建模本体,并在两者之间构建了映射转换关系。提出了工序模型的正向生成方法和逆向生成方法。在正向生成方法中研究了面向2.5维和超2.5维加工特征的加工余量生成方法,在逆向生成法中分析了其应用方法和约束条件,从而辅助工艺员面向机加工艺知识创建三维工序模型。
