| 摘 要： | 围绕软件过程改进的教学已经成为软件学院研究生和高年本科生的重要工作。如何在短时间内让学生理解、掌握软件过程改进的原理和方法,缩短学生承担企业角色和提升企业能力,是软件学院教学的重点之一。本文首先回顾了我国软件学院针对软件过程改进相关教学的情况。综述了国内外相关书籍和教材的情况,讨论了国际上具有代表性的软件过程改进的教学方法,以及早期我国进行软件工程化教育的工作。论述了以案例驱动的过程改进教材结构、教学内容剪裁、教学方法以及教学难点。总结了该教材在两个院校多批次的使用效果。
