| 摘 要： | 建立液体顶空气相色谱法分析磷酸哌喹中乙醇溶剂残留。采用DB-FFAP大口径毛细管柱,以正丙醇为内标进行定量。乙醇的线性范围为11.55～138.60μg？mL-1（r=0.9997）,回收率为101.1%,RSD为1.10%。本方法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好。

| Abstract: | To develop solution headspaee gas chromatography for the determination of residual ethanol solvent in Piperaquine Phosphate. Using DB-FFAP Wide Bore capillary column and pmpanol as internal standard. The linear concentration region of ethanol was 11.55- 138.60 μ g · mL-1 （r=0.9997）, the relative recovery of ethanol was 101.1% with RSD 1.10 % respectively. The method is simple, accurate, highly sensitive and of good reproducibility. |
