摘    要:大型长距离人工输水渠道供水调度是一个非常复杂的问题。提出基于地理信息系统技术.采用线性参考系统和动态分段技术建立大型人工输水渠道空间数据库.同时与工程水量分配模型、输水调度模型、工程报警模型相结合,在GIS可视化环境中建立供水调度管理系统.实现工程供水调度管理,并以南水北调中线工程京石段临时供水调度为例进行了应用。

Abstract:The water supply scheduling in the large scale and long distance artificial water channel is a very complex issue. Based on GIS technology, the system uses the linear reference system and dynamic segmentation technology to build the spatial database of the large-scale artificial water channels, combining the water allocation model, water scheduling model, warning models under the GIS visualization environment, to realize the scheduling management of water supply project. At last, it applied in Shijiazhuang to Beijing section of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project as an example.
