摘    要:采用旋涂-热解工艺,以双亲嵌段共聚物F127为软模板剂,合成出WO3薄膜。通过TG-DSC、XRD、SEM等对其热处理温度、晶相组成和显微形貌进行了测试,结果表明所制备的WO3薄膜材料在350℃时主要为非晶WO3,同时含有少量六方晶相,而在500℃时则主要为尺寸在微米极的单斜晶相;电化学循环伏安和光谱测试分析表明该350℃时制备的薄膜具有更好的电致变色性能,对可见光具有较好的调制功能,其最大透过率调制幅度可达55.4%。

Abstract:The WO3 film is prepared by the Spin coating-Pyrolysis method with the amphiphilic block copolymer F127 as the soft template.The heat treatment temperature,crystalline phase and microstructure of the WO3 film are tested through the TG-DSC,XRD and SEM techniques respectively.The results shows that the film is in general amorphous WO3 with a little hexagonal WO3 when in 350℃ and monoclinic crystal WO3 in 500℃.It also shows that the mesoporous WO3 film enjoys a good electrochromic performace by the electrochemical cyclic voltammetry and UV-Vis spectrum.The 350℃film possesses excellent modulation to the visible light and the maximal transmittance modulation scope reaches 55.4%.
