| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国矿产资源有偿使用的实现途径,分析了我国现行矿产资源有偿使用制度存在的主要问题,对今后改革提出了取消矿产资源补偿费,构建以矿业权价款和资源税为主体的矿产资源有偿使用制度,并进一步完善资源税制度等相关建议.

| Abstract: | Ways to realize paid use of mineral resources is introduced and main problems in the existing paid use system of mineral resources in China are analyzed. Some suggestions on reform are put forward, such as abolishing compensation fee of the mineral resources,establishing the paid use system of the mineral resources that takes the mining right cost and resource tax as the main body, further improving the resource tax. |
