高流动性超早强路面修补混凝土的研究

摘    要:便于修补施工的混凝土路面修补材料必须具有超早期强度和高流动性,这通常是矛盾的,试验的目的就在于配制出同时具有高流动性和超早期强度的混凝土修补材料。通过大量的试验对比配制出了能够明显改善混凝土的早期强度、与减水剂有良好的相容性的复合RF掺合料。以快硬硫铝酸盐水泥、氨基苯磺酸盐高效减水剂及RF掺合料配制出了5h抗折强度达到3.5MPa以上的高流动性混凝土,并具有良好的界面粘结性能和抗冻耐久性能,实际修补试应用效果良好。

Abstract:High-fluidity and super high-early strength repairing concrete are studied and prepared in this paper.In the research,the RF admixture is made by blending three different inorganic salts,which improves the early strength of concrete and simultaneously has good compatibility with superplasticizer.The concrete prepared shows the super early strength,good interfacial bond strength and frost resistance in experiment and repair application.The high bending strength more than 3.5 MPa at 5h makes opening to traffic as early as 5h after pavement mending.
