| 摘 要： | 应用FERRO公司的成品釉43522TF,在琉璃瓦制品上得到成功应用,获得了带网纹图案的金黄色金属效果。通过大量试验,考察了不同工艺条件、烧成制度等因素对金属光泽釉外观效果的影响;研究了外加金属氧化物,如氧化铜、氧化锰、氧化镍、氧化钴等对该金属光泽釉外观效果的影响。

| Abstract: | Through tests, the paper describes the effect of the process, firing schedule, and the additives of metal oxides, such as copper oxide, manganese oxide, nickel oxide and cobalt oxide, etc on the appearance of metal-lustrous glaze, so that the utilization of 43522TF glaze made by FERRO Company on glazed tile with net pattern is successful. |
