摘    要:本文从维持河流健康的角度出发,提出梯级水库调节库容合理规模的含义,通过需水与库容关系、库容拆分与补偿等相关问题的研究,建立以梯级水库调节库容最小为目标的水库调节库容合理规模模型.以黄河干流为例,计算了不同水平年的水库调节库容规模,并通过设置不同措施对黄河干流进行调控.研究结果表明:梯级水库调节库容合理规模确定方法的提出,可以为国家、政府等行政部门在流域规划和开发中提供科学依据.
