| 摘 要： | 巴什托普背斜位于塔里木西南坳陷的麦盖堤斜坡西段地区,该地区地层十分复杂,且山前地带地应力对深部地层的作用较大,造成钻井过程中出现喷、漏、塌、卡等井下复杂情况。根据钻探实践,对用于这些复杂情况的钻井液对策做了较详细的论述,初步得出以下几点认识:①表层钻进中使用高膨润土含量的钻井液;②易塌、卡的膏泥岩层与二叠系红层使用含适量氯化钾的钻井液,取得了较好的抑制效果;③在使用高密度钻井液时,是在保证其高密度条件下,加入适宜的处理剂来调整其余性能的,同时还要考虑井温及抗盐、钙性能。此外,还要继续探索更符合井下实际情况的钻井液对策。
