基于DSP的永磁同步电机伺服控制系统设计

摘    要:目前,在数控机床、自动化生产线、工业机器人等小功率应用场合,以永磁同步电机(PMSM)为控制对象的全数字交流伺服系统正逐步取代直流伺服系统。介绍了PMSM的数学模型和磁场定向控制原理,并以TMS320F2808型DSP为核心,结合伺服控制特点,设计了一套功能完善、实时性好的PMSM交流伺服系统。实验结果表明电流环响应迅速、速度和位置闭环控制无稳态误差,证明所设计的硬件系统工作可靠,控制速度快。

Abstract:At present,the digital AC servo system with permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is gradually re-placing the DC servo system in the CNC machine tools,automatic production lines,industrial robots and other small power applications.The mathematical model of PMSM and field-oriented control principle are described.Using DSP TMS320F2808 as the core,and combining the feature of the servo-control,a PMSM servo hardware system is designed which has multi-functions and good real-time performance.The experimental results show that the current loop re-spond quickly,speed and position closed-loop control have no steady-state error.The hardware platform is verified to be reliable and has fast control speed.
