摘    要:研究了电力电子装置中常用的强制风冷散热方式。通过对对流换热过程的深入分析,确定了影响散热效果的因素,在尽可能增加散热面积的基础上,通过在流场中引入紊流来改善散热效果。据此对小型静止无功发生器(SVG)的散热系统进行了设计,完成了热阻、风量和风压的计算,以及风机选型和整个散热系统的设计。经过计算验证,该散热系统可以将芯片结温、壳温、散热器温度控制在允许的范围之内,能够满足小型SVG的散热要求。

Abstract:The heat sinking mode of the power electronic equipment with forced cooling is studied.Based on the detail analysis of the tropospheric heat exchanging,the factors affecting the cooling efficiencies are determined to improve the heat transfer,turbulent flow is lead into the air field,by increased cooling area.According to these points,the heat sinking system of static var generator(SVG) is designed,which includes the calculation of thermal resistance,the choice of the fans through the calculation of air volume and wind pressure,the determination of the final structure.The re-sults show that the heat sinking system can keep the junction temperature,case temperature and radiator temperature under the allowable spot,so the system meets the requirement of the small-scale SVG.
